Rockgas North

1. Information on how to enter the competition forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.
2. NDS 2013 Limited, Level 1, 4 Vinery Lane, Whangarei, New Zealand (trading as Rockgas North) is the promoter of this competition (the Promoter).
3. No purchase, entry fee, or payment is necessary to enter this competition.
4. Entry is only open to current customers of Rockgas North who are over the age of 18 and can provide a valid Rockgas North account number.    
5. Conditions of Entry:

How to Enter:  To enter, an eligible participant must complete the Rockgas North website entry form. Entry into the competition is automatic upon submission of a correct and fully completed Rockgas North website entry form. Participation in the competition is limited to one entry per Rockgas North account. 

6. The Promoter, its employees and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. 
7. Competition Period: Competition commences Monday, 3 February 2025 at 00:01am and closes Friday, 28 March at 5:00pm. Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for entry. Three valid entries will be drawn each week, beginning on Monday and ending on Sunday, except for the last week of the Competition Period which will begin on the Monday and end on Friday, 28 March at 5:00pm (Weekly Prize Draw). 
8. Three winners will be randomly drawn from the prize pool weekly at Rockgas in Auckland at 9:00am on the Monday following the end of the previous Weekly Prize Draw period. All valid entries will form part of the prize pool and will be eligible to be drawn in each Weekly Prize Draw. Once an entry has been drawn as the winner, it will be ineligible to be drawn again. 
9. If there are less than three valid entries for any Weekly Prize Draw then the valid entry(s) for that Weekly Prize Draw will be drawn as the winner(s) and the remaining prize(s) will be added to the following Weekly Prize Draw. 
10. Attempts will be made to notify the winners by email on the email address or by phone on the contact number provided on the competition entry. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner by 12pm on the first Friday following the first attempt to contact the winner, then the prize is forfeited and a further draw(s) will be conducted. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The first three valid entries drawn each week will each win the following prize:
    

1 x $200 Westpac Gift Card

12. Unless otherwise specified, prize must be redeemed between within two weeks of the winner being notified. If the prize is not redeemed by this date, the prize will be forfeited.
13. The prize is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product. 
14. The winner is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included (as stated in clause 11). 
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. 
16. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
17. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition. 
18. Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this competition shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this competition or with any prizes offered.
19. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the competition. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the competition. Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner’s details and photographs of the winner for promotional and media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. 20. This competition is subject to the laws of New Zealand.  Both the Promoter and you, and any party which uses or takes the benefit of any prize awarded, accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
