We’ve updated some Terms and Conditions
Not very exciting, but yes it matters.
Why the change?
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes here at Rockgas to streamline our services to make life easier for customers. As part of this, we’ve simplified the terms for our mass market customers (both residential and SME) into new ‘Feel the Energy’ Terms and Conditions so they’re even easier to understand. We’ve also added in extra terms that apply when you set up direct debit, or pay by credit card or debit card in the future.
The new ‘Feel the Energy’ Terms and Conditions only apply if you:
- Have bottled LPG delivered to your home, and/or
- Have bottled LPG delivered to your business – and consume under 10 tonnes of LPG per year (that’s from 1 bottle to 300 bottles per year)
For new customers and existing customers, these terms will take effect after 22nd April 2025.
ALL other business customers – The existing Sale and Supply of Rockgas LPG Terms and Conditions will continue to apply to ALL other business customers. See these terms below.
