General Terms and Conditions – LPG
The ‘Feel the Energy’ terms apply if you:
– Have bottled LPG delivered to your home, and/or
– Have bottled LPG delivered to your business – and consume under 10 tonnes of LPG per year (that’s from 1 bottle to 300 bottles per year.)
We’re updating our Terms and Conditions
We’re updating our Terms and Conditions, effective 16 November 2026.
As part of our ongoing review of customer documentation, we’ve made some updates to provide greater clarity about our services, pricing and charges.
The key updates include:
- Updates to our pricing provisions, including notice periods for price changes.
- Clarification of how and when temporary disruption adjustment charges may apply.
- Inclusion of an option for eligible customers to pay bottle rental fees monthly instead of annually rental information in the What You’ll Pay ’Payment and fees’ section.
- A change to the notice period for updates to our Terms and Conditions, which will generally reduce from 30 to 14 days.
These changes are intended to make our Terms and Conditions clearer and provide greater transparency around pricing, charges and payment options easier to understand.
