Gibbston Valley relies on Rockgas to delight their guests

With three commercial kitchens and 23 gas fireplaces, Gibbston Valley is a busy place and has been in the Queenstown community for more than 40 years.  Project Manager Terence Vallelunga explains why they’ve chosen to rely on Rockgas for the past 13 years.

“It started as a winery and cellar door and quickly expanded to a restaurant to the largest wine cave in New Zealand,” says Terence.

Today, the winery is also part of the 1,000-acre resort development – the Gibbston Valley Resort.

“Gibbston is a very busy place and starts very early in the morning and builds up to when our first guests start waking up and arriving on site.
