How to download and register for the Rockgas app

You can download the Rockgas app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, or use the online customer portal from our website. It’s quick and easy, and we’re always here to help if you need a hand. 

Existing customer?

Have the email address you have against your Rockgas account. If you are unsure call us on 0800 762 542 and we’ll help you out.

Have your customer number ready (you’ll find it on your invoice).

Managing orders through the app

Once set up, you can login and hit the Order bottled LPG button to place an order.  You will only be able to place orders for active locations that have no pending orders.  You can also check out your order status through the app and check the delivery date.

Setting up an Account for the first time.

If you’re New to Rockgas? Download the Rockgas app or go into our online customer portal from www.rockgas.co.nz. Tap Sign up to Rockgas and follow the prompts, we’ll have you up and running in no time!

Logging into your Account

If you’re already registered for the new Rockgas app and online customer portal, select Log in.

Resetting your Password

Tap Forgot password and we’ll email you a verification code. Pop that in, and you’ll be able to set a new password.

Updating your Contact and Delivery Details

You can do it all in the Rockgas app or online customer portal. Just tap the Account icon and make your changes. These will be reviewed by our team and updated in our operational system, if we have any questions we will get in touch.
