Setting up an account for the first time

If you’re New to Rockgas? Download the Rockgas app or go into our Online customer portal from www.rockgas.co.nz. Tap Sign up to Rockgas and follow the prompts, we’ll have you up and running in no time!

Logging into your account

If you’re an existing customer, using our new Rockgas app or online customer portal for the first time?  Here’s how to get started:

• Download the Rockgas app — or head to our new online customer portal on the website

• Tap ‘Register for the app’

• Enter the primary email address linked to your account (we’ll send you a verification code)

• Enter the code  

• Create a unique password

• Enter your customer account number (you’ll find this on your latest invoice)

• Fill in your contact details — and you’re good to go on both the Rockgas app and online customer portal!

If you’ve already registered, just select “Log in” and you’re good to go.

Resetting your password

Tap Forgot password and we’ll email you a verification code. Pop that in, and you’ll be able to set a new password.

Updating your contact and delivery details

You can do it all in the Rockgas app or online customer portal. Just tap the Account button and make your changes. These will be reviewed by our team and updated in our operational system, if we have any questions we will get in touch.

Viewing past invoices

Log into the Rockgas app or online customer portal – Select Billing to see your invoices and payments. To request a copy of your invoice, select the invoice and open up the invoice detail, scroll to the bottom of the invoice and select Request copy button.

 

Ways to pay

Paying is easy:

Credit card: Use the Rockgas app or online customer portal or call 0800 762 542 and follow the prompts.

Internet banking: Use our BNZ account – 02-0544-0241419-000. Please include your customer account number as the reference.

Direct debit: Download the Direct Debit form from our website, fill it out and email it to lpgenquiries@rockgas.co.nz.

• If you are a franchise customer, please see the payment options on your invoice.
