General Terms and Conditions – LPG
The ‘Feel the Energy’ terms apply if you:
– Have bottled LPG delivered to your home, and/or
– Have bottled LPG delivered to your business – and consume under 10 tonnes of LPG per year (that’s from 1 bottle to 300 bottles per year.)
We’ve updated these terms and conditions to make things clearer about the ownership and responsibilities each of us have over the LPG bottles delivered to your place, particularly around what would happen if there was any loss, theft or damage to any Rockgas equipment. These take effect on 25 March 2026. Please read through the new ‘Feel the Energy’ Terms and Conditions below to make sure you understand them.
